STEP 2 – Prime Ugly Bathtub

This is the bathtub after the primer coat has been applied. We use a water resistant epoxy primer that has a coupling agent added to it before we apply it. As you can see, we mask around the bathtub and cover the bathroom with drop cloths. This is to avoid disturbing any existing paint, wallpaper or flooring.

STEP 3 – Refinish and Enjoy!

This is the finished bathtub. At this point we are ready to clean up and re-caulk. Total time out of bathtub is 48 hours. Textured bottoms are available for no added fee.

  • Two Day Process (8 hours first day, 2-3 hours second day)
  • Tub/shower is usable on the third day/night
  • 28 days for full cure of finish
  • Standard colors are: white, bisque & bone/almond
  • ANY color can be matched for an up-charge
  • 5 YEAR WARRANTY against peeling or cracking of finish
  • Suggested Option: Have us add a nonslip/textured bottom to the tub
